Pekka, Spain: Cathedrals and mountains

As the second edition of the newspaper is now finally in the press, It´s time to look back at my second week. Last weekend me and some local friends climbed up (with a car) to the nearby Mijas mountain, which the locals call Antenna Mountain. On the very top there are most of the communication towers for the regions TV and satellite connections. We had a nice, but windy picnic at the top and took some nice scenery images. The next day I spent in Sevilla, capturing some of the beautiful old buildings and some images for a local tourist guide school.

This week was a bit more relaxed than last week. I´ve gotten to know my co-workers better and also gotten into the routine of everything. Also having no wildfires in the area, helped keep the working days regular. Tomorrow I´m going to go to Gibraltar and on saturday I´ve got a special treat planned. While shooting an article about them, some local bikers invited me to join them for their saturday ride up and down the Costa del Sol. Beautiful scenery, nice bikes and good company, what could be more fun?

Below are some of this weeks images from Sevilla and Fuengirola.
