Antti, Norway: Portraits and landscapes

Hi again!

We have had very interesting and different days after my last post here. In the beginning of last week we shot photos in Lent´s weekly meeting and portraits about Lent´s staff. Men got an idea of doing something funny after basic portraits and it was a pleasant task to shoot also that kind of portraits.

On Friday we both travelled to Sundvolden Hotel where Lent had a course for 160 people. After that we went to lunch and Jari estimated that there were perhaps 50 different kinds of food... very delicious! I guess that you had been a little jealous if you had seen those lunch tables. At the end Pål drived us up to a hill and there were many hang gliders of whom we shot photos some hours.

On Sunday morning we travelled by train about 300 km from Oslo to the famous Flåm Railway. There were many Japanese tourists but nobody of them had a tent and sleeping bags like us. Landscapes and colours were amazing! Also weather was good all the time we spent there so we were lucky. We had reserved return tickets on Tuesday evening but noticed afterwards that it would have been better to have even one day more there.

At Myrdal railway station some Japanese tourists wanted to take photos about us, one of them between us two. The same happened 4 times, so we were obviously exotic in their eyes with our big backpacks :-).

As I "promised" earlier, I´ll upload no nature photos in this blog, but if you are interested in looking my photos from mountains and autumn colours, you can see them here.
