Hi!
We have had lots of photographying during last week. First we went with four kids and their parents to a playground and there were many activities and situations, some of them so fast moving that I didn´t manage to get any successful pics, but after all I got enough good photos during that Saturday.
On Sunday morning we left by bus to Valdres, 250 km to north from Oslo. On the way there were some amazing landscapes, I really enjoyed looking them: narrow lakes, steep slopes, bright autumn colours and mountains. At the destination we walked from 480 m height to 1150 m height, it took 4 hours although the distance was only 8 km. We put my 2-persons Hilleberg tent there in the evening and next day we walked nearby. The weather was mostly cloudy and there was also little rain occasionally but the landscapes were fine, although the autumn colours were already almost gone in those heights, pity.
The second night was really rainy but we had dry inside the tent. At morning there was a surprise: a hole in the tent´s floor. I wondered how there could be such now, because I have used that tent countless times during fifteen years and there has never become even smallest hole in the floor. When I looked the reason, there was some gray bundle under the floor and when I pulled it away, it was a dead vole. In the evening I had heard some rustle near my head but when I turned in my sleeping bag, it stopped. So it was that vole...
After our trip we continued shooting portraits about Lent staff and then we were in Lent´s course days in Drammen. So we´ve got lots of exercise in photographying people and that´s fine!
Again, if you want to look at more photos, also about mountains, you can see them here.
